Our mission involves the provision of accommodation, transportation, and subsistence payments for asylum seekers while their claims are being processed.

At present, we’re responsible for over 30,000 asylum seekers, housed in an ever-growing portfolio of more than 7,000 properties. Our unique operating model involves leasing properties from a wide network of landlords, investors, and agents, with Serco as the tenant.

We want to partner with you. We’re open to all types of properties located in the North West, Midlands, or East of England. Whether it’s traditional HMOs, family properties, former care homes, residential or student accommodation, we’re interested.

Serco’s preference is that properties are in a location which ensures our occupiers have access to local services, for example:

Close to public transport links

Facilities

Close to schools and health services

Markets

Close to shops and places of worship

Preferably not above commercial premises or next to pubs or night clubs. Please note the property will be submitted for consultation with Local Authority.
